Hands is for the people — that means all of us. Our rides are open to anyone and everyone of any ability, age or whatever. Party pace, low mileage, and strictly no lycra* — Hands local community group rides are all about taking it easy, having fun and making new friends; whilst enjoying the beautiful city and green spaces of Milton Keynes.

It ain’t the Tour de France or X Games so they’re open to, literally, everyone and anyone. It goes without saying obviously, so leave the aggro at the door.

Our rides are for the community and leave no room for individuals which is why we ride as a group, work as a group and enjoy as a group. This isn’t just so we can make memories together, but for your own safety too. Also, remember that it’s a bike ride, so try to keep the focus on enjoying the ride; we always have some extra-curricular fun once we’ve finished.

If you’re not confident as a rider, bring a friend or make one on the ride who is. We’re a friendly bunch who can help with most issues.

That being said, ride at your own risk: wear a helmet, use lights, don’t bring anything you can’t carry, don’t be a dick and most importantly – have fun.
